Krystal Woods is a mother, speaker, creator, coach, and entrepreneur.
She has always been enraptured by human thought, emotion, and behavior, and had plans to become a mental health counselor, researcher, and professor of psychology. Her plans changed when her son’s surprise arrival initiated her into the most profound spiritual awakening she could have imagined.
What began as a yearning to find herself and fulfill the unique potential she’d always sensed within, has evolved into an impactful, profitable business that allows her to help other women do the same.
Movement, meditation, psychology, EFT (tapping), holistic business coaching, and intuition, are all deep, delicious ingredients of Krystal’s work, and Human Design is the heat that melts it all together

But she knows the knowledge is useless without the embodiment. Waking up to your programming, conditioning, outdated patterns, and glass ceiling are a pivotal part of the process, but alchemizing it all is the real work.
