What is alignment?
Alignment means living in a way that reflects your true essence across all areas of life, creating a sense of flow, ease, and trust in yourself and God/your higher Self. It’s about your internal state being consistent with your external experiences; where your thoughts, emotions, actions, and surroundings resonate with your unique energy, purpose, and potential.

Certain beliefs you hold, patterns you repeat, and even sensations in your body help us to pinpoint exactly which area of the chart to begin working to decondition from outdated programming, and reprogram yourself to think, act, and Be in deeper alignment with your authentic self.

Your Authority is your inner decision-making mechanism, like your very own internal GPS, guiding you toward the choices that are aligned with your authentic self. Aligning your decisions to your Authority deepens your self-trust and allows you to make decisions with confidence & conviction.
Centers
The 9 centers in Human Design function like energy hubs, each representing different “behavior clusters” and aspects of our experience. The centers show us exactly how we influence the people and environments around us, and how we’re influenced or conditioned by others.
MEET YOUR GUIDE
Using Human Design as a guide to my own deconditioning, reprogramming, and Realignment has resulted in some radical changes to my life over the past 6+ years, including moving my family from Hawaii to Connecticut, leaving my partner of 10 years and starting over from scratch, and restructuring my entire business to support my unique energy as a 1/3 Emotional Manifestor and (very present) full time single mom of 2.
Through this knowledge of Human Design paired with years of knowledge and experience in psychology, wellness, and subconscious reprogramming, over time I developed the practices I’ve incorporated into each Realignment Ritual™.
