Every sustainable business requires structure. The structure is the container within which the the creativity, the connection, and all the magic can actually flow. The structure provides the safety and the boundaries that make the business (and us as the CEOs) feel solid AF.

Structures like your business model, offers, customer and client experience, marketing and messaging, financials, schedule, team, etc.

But the structures don’t actually need to be complicated, and they don’t need to suck your soul dry.

Conversely, in order to build a business that is sustainable longterm, grows consistently, and truly carries a legacy, we need to mind our energy, emotions, intuition, and shadows.

Strategy and energy are not enemies. They are partners. Better together.

There is no one-size-fits-all strategy or structure

because each of us has a very unique set of skills, gifts, energy, fears, and conditioning.

The trick is to know and deeply trust your unique self, so that when presented with 23 million different options, you don’t immediately go into analysis paralysis and take no action.

Instead, you follow what you know in your bones feels right for you and your business, and leave the rest.

That way, your energy (Being) is in complete alignment with your strategy (Doing) in your business.

Twice per week for 6 weeks, we will come together as a community of passionate, talented, purpose-driven, creative entrepreneurial souls.

we will laugh, dance, meditate, learn, and tap together.

We’ll have real, no-BS conversations about the structural foundation necessary to build and grow a successful, sustainable, impactful business.

And then we’ll dive deep into the specific elements of you Human Design that can help you get clarity on exactly how YOU can build out these structures according to your unique energy and gifts.

We don’t do cookie-cutter here. We also don’t do rules and we definitely don’t coerce you into doing anything that feels completely off for you.

I will, however, challenge you to stretch yourself beyond what’s comfy and familiar.

I will help you see your blindspots and stuck areas that need a little TLC, so you can feel safe and confident to spread your wings and take the leap of faith necessary to build the business of your dreams.

I will give you the tools to take this information from your head, down into your body and really anchor into self-trust and unfuckwithable confidence.

I’ll help you say, “F the rules” and write your own.
