The Chaos We Don’t Talk About as Entrepreneurs
When I sat down to record this episode, I realized how much has changed in my own life and business over the past six months. I moved into a new home, got engaged, and found out I was pregnant with my third baby. That kind of change has a way of making you take inventory: what’s working, what’s not, and what actually matters.
The truth is: chaos is inevitable in business. Markets shift. Life shifts. We shift. But for many of us, especially creative, spiritual entrepreneurs, our own design (literally, our Human Design) can amplify that chaos if we don’t have the right foundation.
How Chaos Shows Up in Each Human Design Type
Every type has its own flavor of chaos. Here’s what I see most often in my work:
Manifestors: Bursts of creative fire followed by deep rest → inconsistent results if there’s no structure holding the work.
Generators: Getting stuck in offers or work that “work on paper” but feel draining, leading to frustration and plateau.
Manifesting Generators: Constantly moving on to the next shiny thing → exciting but hard to sustain without a clear ecosystem.
Projectors: Riding waves of insight and guidance but burning out when they push to keep up with sacral types.
Reflectors: Feeling pulled in a million directions without clear anchors, leading to exhaustion and uncertainty.
Sound familiar? The chaos itself isn’t a problem. It’s often a sign of creativity, innovation, and expansion. But without a clear foundation, it’s hard to sustain.
The Turning Point: Taking Inventory
This summer, during my first trimester (a doozy, to say the least), I looked at everything I’ve created in my business over the past several years. Courses, workshops, retreats, digital products. What I saw blew me away:
🦋 A golden thread weaving through it all.
🦋 Offers that naturally fed into one another.
🦋 An ecosystem waiting to be clarified and strengthened.
That inventory process gave me the clarity and confidence to decide what stays, what goes, and what gets built next. And I want you to have that same clarity.
